Atex spunbond nonwovens are produced using a precise extrusion-based technology. The polymer is stretched into a continuous filament and loosely spread onto a conveyor belt to form the web. Air is used to form and lay the fabric filaments.

The speed of the air-jet spinning can reach 2000 and 5000 m/min during production.

Different types of web can be obtained using different temperature and pressure values. The finished product is then wound up into rolls, packaged and labeled ready for distribution.
